Fah Sai, Thai for “clear sky,” has a semi-transparent blue speckled finish that’s almost glitter-like. It is recycled from blue stationery folder production waste, which for us adds another layer of childhood nostalgia.
Captured by its Chinese motifs and delicate design details, we decided to repurpose a found plastic stool mould that was discontinued in the early 2000s.
