Import Duties & Taxes
We ship from Bangkok. Countries marked (Included) in our shipping table have duties and taxes covered. Countries marked (—) may incur customs charges upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders returned due to unpaid customs are non-refundable.
Packaging
All international orders are shipped in bubble wrap and protective packaging to ensure safe long-haul delivery. Our branded flat-pack boxes are used for domestic Thailand orders only — international shipping requires more robust protection and our flat-pack boxes significantly increase shipping costs and dimensions. Your stool will arrive safely wrapped, ready to assemble.
Placing an Order Orders are placed through our website. We're a small team — please allow 3–5 business days for processing and dispatch.
Colour & Photography Every piece is hand-poured from recycled materials. Colour, tone, and finish will vary naturally — light, shadow, and screen all influence how a piece reads in photography. What arrives may differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is the nature of what we make. Learn more about our material and process.
Returns & Exchanges All sales are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges for colour variation, natural surface characteristics, batch differences, or change of mind.
Claims If your piece arrived cracked, broken, or structurally compromised — contact hello@rumbabor.com within 7 days with clear photos and video of the outer packaging, unpacking and the damaged item. We will take care of you.
Longevity & Circularity Replacement parts are available if something wears out. And if your CHOEI has truly reached the end of its life with you, send it back — we'll reinject it into production.
