โคม — light shades

A lamp made from the seat of the CHOEI stool — hand-poured from recycled polypropylene and held to its stainless steel base by a standard pipe fitting. Originally a utilitarian choice — we were drawn to the mundane detail of the Thai industrial text aesthetic. It became the detail we kept.

KOAM continues our practice of remaking and repurposing, responding to the remnants and defects along the way. A found monoblock stool remade into unique hand-poured patterns, a short stool, a side table — now a lamp.
