Rumbá Bor is a relational art studio based in Thailand. Inspired by the everyday aesthetics, we repurpose overlooked materials and draw beauty to the small details that might have otherwise gone unnoticed.
CHOEI [เฌย — Thai for outdated] is a handcrafted Art Deco stool that reimagines a found mould. Replacing traditional plastic injection with a hand-poured process, recycled polypropylene in its raw colours simultaneously blend — each piece forming its own marble-like pattern. Once produced and sold en masse, now a one of one object of chance.
